Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b021 (Touch)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Somewhere between 2020-2021 there was an update offered and after the update the touch screen capabilities were gone. I have searched in your community already and have not found a solution. I have done everything the HP Virtual assistant has recommended, restart, restore point, BiOS component test and I have gone as far as doing a full Factory Reset. It has not been restored. Yes, I am sure this is a touch screen device, to this day HP still recognizes this Desktop as a Touch screen device.
As of today the computer settings states that it doesnt have touchscreen capabilities.
How do i get it back? It can just be "gone". If i didnt remove it.
