Subject: Issue Connecting Verbatim 17 Portable Monitor via Type-C
Dear Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue connecting my Verbatim 17 portable monitor to my laptop using a Type-C to Type-C cable. The monitor displays a “No Signal” message, and in Device Manager, I see a USB error. All drivers are up to date, the BIOS is updated, and I am running Windows 11 23H2. The latest NVIDIA and Intel chipset drivers are installed, and I am using a high-quality cable.
I would like to note that the monitor works perfectly when connected to other laptops and to smartphones. Could you please advise what might be causing this problem with my current laptop and what else I should check?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

One cable connection
The portable monitor connects via USB-C meaning that power, data, and video is all transferred using a single cable.
Also please note that this monitor connects to other Thunderbolt laptops without any problems.
