I'm using Elitebook 840 G6, USB-C Dock G5, and 2 monitors EliteDisplay E231.
The laptop input is HDMI
The docking input is 2 DP and 1 HDMI
The monitors output are DP, VGA, and DVI
How do I connect my 2 monitors to the laptop?
I try connect the 2 monitors using DP thru the docking but it wont work. Do I need to do something else to make it work? why do they give 2 DP input in the docking if cant work together? or is it because of my laptop graphic card cant support it?

What is your dock ? Given it is a DisplayLink certified dock, you can directly connect DP (from the dock) to DP (monitors) using DP to DP cables

Hello Radityo
the two E231 monitors should both work connecting the DP cables as you did to the two DO ports available on the USB-C Dock G5.
USB-C Dock G5 is not a DisplayLink device, the two monitor connected to the two DP on the docking and the laptop display are driver by the video card integrated in the CPU.
which is the resolution of the display of the laptop ?
Does your 840 G6 has an Intel UHD 630 graphics card ?
which Windows 10 version are you using ?
did you updated the drivers using HP Image Assistant ?
bye
