I have connected the G5 essential dock, and I have downloaded the necessary firmware and drivers. After restarting, I can see that the dock is recognized by the laptop. The dock is also supporting the usb that runs my wireless mouse and keyboard. So I know that part of it is working. However, it is not recognizing either of my monitors (using 1 HDMI and 1 display port), and when I go to detect the displays nothing is recognized. I am going in loops in the HP system trying to figure out how to troubleshoot. Does anyone have any ideas?
