Connecting the HP TrueVision camera to ZOOM

I've recently purchased the above laptop which has an HP TrueVision HD Camera installed. When I load the camera, I can see myself but when I attempt to connect to a ZOOM call, my image does not appear in the Zoom call zone. Can you help please. Thank you

The camera / webcam works (in Camera) - ideally, Zoom will cooperate, right?

Unfortunately, Zoom can be tricky to use.

We cannot help - this is third party software and the setup varies.
