I am trying to connect two external Benq monitors to my computer. What I have tried and results:
Dell Docking Station - cannot get the monitors to register
HDMI cable to computer - works fine on both monitors
Lenovo USB-C to DisplayPort Adapter - When I connect the adapter I get the message 'Display connection may be limited - monitor indicates no signal detected.
Any suggestions?

The USB-C port is data only, no video
External ports | (2) USB 3.2 Gen 1.0 Type-A ports; SuperSpeed 5 Gbps signaling rate (one on each side) (1) USB 3.2 Gen 1.0 Type-C port; SuperSpeed 5 Gbps signaling rate (data transfer only; charging or external monitors not supported) (1) HDMI v1.4b port (1) Headphone/microphone combo port (1) AC Smart pin adapter plug |
You can attach a Wi-Fi adapter to one of the monitors and project onto it from the laptop.
or
You can buy a USB2/3 converter to HDMI
in either case there will be some lag.
