@Abdulqawi, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Hello! I'm glad to assist you with your setup for connecting two external monitors to your HP Pavilion x360 14-dw0355ng using the Lemorele USB-C dock. Here’s a breakdown of the situation and your options:

🎯 Goal

You want to connect two external monitors using the Lemorele USB-C dock, which provides dual HDMI output via DisplayPort Alt Mode.

🧪 Compatibility Check

Unfortunately, the HP Pavilion x360 14-dw0355ng has a USB-C port that only supports data transfer and charging, not video output. This means:

  • No DisplayPort Alt Mode: Your dock cannot transmit video signals to the monitors, resulting in no display detected.

🧩 Why Your Dock Isn’t Working

Since your Lemorele dock relies on DisplayPort Alt Mode for video output, the lack of this capability in your laptop means it won't work for connecting external displays.

Your Options

Here are three alternate methods to connect dual monitors:

  1. Use HDMI + USB Display Adapter:
    • Your laptop has an HDMI port that can drive one external display.
    • To add a second monitor, use a USB-A to HDMI adapter (preferably DisplayLink-based).
    • Example: Consider the Plugable USB 3.0 to HDMI Adapter.
  2. Use a DisplayLink Docking Station:
    • DisplayLink docks do not rely on DP Alt Mode and can work over USB-A or USB-C with dedicated drivers.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
