Hello , 

I want to connect two external monitors to my laptop (HP Pavilion 14-ce0068st ) . Can USB C port drive a an external monitor ?

The specs of your machine is

It has 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer Only) port which does not support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine using USB-C charger
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/adapter/dock
