HP Recommended

Two issues I need assistance on here.

1. The ongoing screen flicker is awful.

2. HP claiming a laptop less than 6 months old is past it's warranty and so won't even engage.

 

The screen flicker on this device is terrible. I have manged to take photos and videos now of it happening but I dont think I can upload here. When HP refuse to actually help, Currys swapped the device. Now it is happening again on the new device and according to HP the warranty on a laptop purchased in June '25 is already expired?? So they refuse to even listen unless I pay them a monthly subscription.  Why should I pay more money for a brand new device with what is clearly a repeating technical issue?? When they did engage previously, it was just a cut and paste of mostly gibberish technical fixes. It takes hours to sift through them and they dont even work. This is a new laptop - THEY should be fixing it, not me. 

 

If anyone from HP actually monitors this, I would appreciate getting the proper warranty for the device and the fix. Swapping is no good - it's obviously a repeating issue.
