Hi @ToanBD,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I understand how challenging it can be to find a compatible pen for your HP Envy x360, especially when the recommended one isn’t available in your country. Let me help clarify compatibility so you can make the right purchase.

  • Are you specifically looking for features like tilt support, pressure sensitivity, or just basic writing and drawing functionality?
  • Have you tried reaching out to HP's local support or a retailer for alternate compatible pens?
  • Are there specific third-party brands available in Vietnam that you’re considering?

Key Information and Recommendation:

The HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen is compatible with many HP Envy x360 models, including those supporting the Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP), which your HP Envy x360 (fa0023dx) likely supports. It should work seamlessly with your laptop for writing, drawing, and tilt functionality.

However, to confirm compatibility for your exact model (fa0023dx):

  1. Visit the HP Compatibility Page for pens and accessories for your laptop.
  2. Look for the "Microsoft Pen Protocol" or "MPP" mention in your laptop's specifications.

Alternative Options:

  1. HP Pen Compatibility: If the HP MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen isn’t available, you can consider the HP Active Pen or any HP-certified pens supporting MPP.
  2. Third-Party MPP Pens: Brands like Surface Pen (Microsoft) or Renaisser Pens also use MPP and may work well with your laptop. Ensure they support tilt if that’s a requirement.
  3. Local Availability: Check major electronics retailers in Vietnam or online marketplaces like Shopee or Lazada for availability.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
