I purchased my HP Pavilion 360 convertible sometime in 2017. It has worked great. I have no problems with it running slow or anything. I use it carefully and lightly. I carry it in a protective case. It has never been dropped. I don't sit things on top of it. However, I have noticed an arching crack in the case over the left hinge. Any help on how I can keep it from getting worse or replacement options???

I just discovered this HP forum site. I've had my HP Laptop, Model 15-bs087cl for a couple years as only a secondary laptop used only in the evenings while watching TV. It sits on the carpeted floor nearby and doesn't see any harsh setting. It's been a great laptop too. Unfortunately, in the last several weeks I noticed a subtle separation between the screen frame and back of the lid. Finally yesterday I went to close it and it felt unusual, when looking at it, something about the hinge was off and I was nearly breaking/bending the left corner as hinge was out of position. Cannot tell what is wrong, broken hinge or more. I bought this unit at Costco and have enjoyed the unit. What should I do? Thanks. -RJ Windham
