Hello,

 

I love my HP laptop and have encouraged my family members to use HP laptops as well, due to the durability and reliability. Yesterday, while carrying my HP laptop I heard a crack and when I opened the screen, there is a crack emanating from the small circular hole on the right side of the webcam. 

 

I have read on these forums that this is a defect and I don't think that I should have to pay to replace this. The crack is visible on the screen and now the touchscreen does not work either.


Can someone help?
