Cracked screen

My hp envy x360 screen just cracked but the display works, I don’t know why or how but somehow the hinge got a bit misplaced and tilted the screen so it cracked the glass and I am pretty sure that it did not fall or any damage because until 5 mins ago i was using it perfectly fine. 
PS- am super scared

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
