I am facing persistent issues with my HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dh1026TX laptop since upgrading to Windows 11. The touchpad has completely stopped working, and even with an external mouse, the cursor continues to lag, disappear, or glitch. Typing also becomes problematic with jumbled or delayed input.
I’ve tried reinstalling the Synaptics touchpad driver, but no compatible version is available for Windows 11 on this model. Microsoft support has confirmed they cannot help and suggested contacting HP directly.
What’s even more frustrating is that HP’s customer support system provides no option to contact a human — only bots, automated responses, and unhelpful links. I am not willing to downgrade my operating system just because HP failed to provide essential driver support for a product that is still well within its usable lifecycle.
I am requesting a direct response from someone capable of addressing this issue, or at least escalating it to the concerned development or driver support team.
Kindly treat this as an urgent escalation.
Sincerely,
Simranjeet Kaur
