Product: HP Pavilion x360 convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop shows system information on starting up .After pressing esc key cursor starts shaking up and freezes.

I am not able to select an icon.'Tips' screen keeps showing up even after closing it multiple times.
