Hello! I have a problem with cursor.
Model HP Spectre x360 13-ap0110ng, bought it 2 months ago in Germany. Had already taken it to the HP service, they said they changed motherboard with videocard, since there were also problems with video. But one ramains unsolved: the pointer just keeps going to the upper right corner of the screen, where usually "close" button is. It's uncontrollable for about 3-4 minutes, just moving there by itself realy quick. So it just closes all of my programms.
I've been told that maybe I should switch off my touchpad and see if it happens again. I switched off HID (12c) Seems like problem goes away if I only use my USB mouse. Or touchscreen. What to do with the touchpad if that's the problem? Take it to the service center again? It's weird they didn't find out what the problem is. I live in Russia, and don't really trust the service here). If it's touchpad problem what are they going to do in the service center? Seeking for your advice! Thank you!

Hello everyone!
So, I renewed BIOS, deleted all mouse and touchpad drivers and installed them again from HP site. Don't know which action helped. But cursor is behaving ok so far. Once in these 2 weeks it went crazy again, seems like it happens when I use touchpad and not a USB mouse. Will take it to the service center once I'm in a big city.
If anyone find another way to solve this problem for Convertable model - please, let me know!
