Hello sir,
My name is shubham Pali, I buy a new laptop from reliance digital store but at the time of inspection I found a defective display panel, so I need a DOA letter for replacement of my laptop. I do not bring my laptop to home. Retailer can keep my laptop for DOA but I don't receive any updates always go to tommorow .I pay all amount of laptop to the retailer. So I Request you to solve my problem.
