I bought hp 14s-dq2611TU Natural Silver(i5-135G7, 8GB, PCIe M.2 SSD 512 GBk, Win11, 14"FHD) 5CD2090LZ6 with 1 year warranty on July, 2022.

On April, 2023, I noticed there is 1 white spot at screen and showed to hp service center.

They said it is dead pixel and they can't give any accountability because there is no 3 dead pixels in 1 inch size.

I have been disappointed such a solution getting from hp and could not accept it.

1. I bought with my own saving money and it costs more than my 1 month salary.

2. Dead pixel is not user fault (confirmed with service center and they agreed). Error is within warranty period.

3. I bought brand new without any error and now it has error within warranty period but the service center can't solve it.

4. If the dead pixel will happen over the warranty period, it is sure that hp service center will take the charge to amend it.

5. HP can amend the error, but they said they can't due to there is no 3 dead pixel.

6. So, if there will be 3 dead pixel after the warranty period, how will HP take accountability for it.

7. When I bought from the shop, the sellers did not explain about it and I did not notice such kind of warranty. If they said before I bought, it's sure I did not buy and choose another brand.

Please solve to me about it and give me my brand new laptop back.
