Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0011dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have had my HP Envy for less than 5 years and have had issues with the screen mechanism twice now where the base of the screen does not connect and ends up separating from the screen and I cannot close my laptop. Has anyone else had this issue??? It can turn into a tablet but I have never used the feature so I am confused about how this has happened or if it is a manufacturing defect. Any advice would help- I am very careful with my computers and this is the second time it happened and I do not want to have to pay to fix a reoccurring problem or buy a new computer. Side separation
