Computer : Hp Envy x360 Convertible 

 

Once I sign in and reach the desktop screen my computer starts repeatedly flashing black almost every second and it does not stop. I cannot open anything (Including any windows actions or items on my desktop)

 

I do not have an issue while in BIOS or in the sign in/home page. 

After a certain amount of time, or if I try to open an app, there will be an error popup saying:

Title : ”DxSetup.exe - .NET Framework Initialisation

Error”

Text : “Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application”

I’ve had this computer for approximately 2 years and only ever rarely used as a work computer, so still very minimal overall use. I’ve never faced any similar issues to this in the past.

Please help with this issue, thanks.
