HP Notebook - 17-ak071ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I bought a computer : hp 17-ak071ur  sku=2kg57ea

The Specs are:

Processor: AMD A12-9720P Radeon R7 12 compute cores 4C+8G APU

Ram: 8GB DDR4

Video card #1:AMD Radeon R7 Graphics. (APU)

Video card #2: AMD Radeon 530 [4GB]  (Discrete)

The Problem is:

I can't run any game in discrete GPU, all games run only  on APU's graphics.

I saw this on Task Manager.

I tried everything!!

-Change Powersettings to High Performance

- Installed Different Windows 10 Versions (1709,1803,1909,2004,2009)

-Installed Video Drivers from HP and AMD ( HP's OEM driver show it is AMD Radeon 535DX, but AMD's driver change name to Radeon 7 M340) (Also both of them not using discrete graphics card)

-Switch off Dual graphics.

-Changed AMD game profile to performance.

-Changed Additional Setting for switchable graphics to performance.

-Changed Windows 10 graphics option to performance (for AMD's Adrenaline Driver [this driver is not OEM])

-Changed AMD Crossfire settings.

-Swithced off all filtering and set texture quality to performance for game profiles.

-I out of options.. Please somebody just help me out... I don't know what can I do.

Thanks,

Ilkin.
