Yes, HP Envy x360 Laptop 15‑ew0023dx (695B0UA) does support DisplayPort Alt Mode. Both of its Thunderbolt™ 4 USB‑C ports provide DisplayPort 1.4 output, along with USB Power Delivery and HP Sleep and Charge functionality.
