Good Day!
Hello
Last Month i Purchased "HP 250 G7 NOTEBOOK PC 10th GEN CORE i3-1005G1", I am using windows 10 x64bit,
and I update all the drivers and all are updated. Except in "Display Adapters" it shows "Microsoft Windows Basic Adapters" and I know does not the correct drivers and I tried to research a drivers to be compatible with my "Display Adapters" but nothing happened.
So My Question is, Anyone here can give me some idea what is the Correct "Display Adapters" to this model "HP 250 G7 NOTEBOOK PC 10th GEN CORE i3-1005G1"
Thank You

Hi:
What is the product number of your notebook?
Use this guide to find that information...please do not post the serial number.

Did you install W10 yourself?
If so, you probably installed an older build of W10 where the graphics driver on your notebook's support page is not supported.
You should install the current version of W10 (20H2), or at least v1909.

Hi
Product Number is: 1L3L7EA#BH5
Yes, You're Correct I'm the one who installed windows on my notebook, and I have old build of windows 15001
I will try to install a new version of windows build, or if it is okay to update it?
Thank you.

You're very welcome.
Yes, then that is your problem. Windows version 1501 is not supported on your notebook. The graphics adapter is too new.
Click on the blue Update Now button at the link below to update to 20H2, and then you can install the latest Intel graphics driver on your notebook's support page.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
I wouldn't be surprised if the new version of W10 automatically installs the graphics driver for you.
