I have a HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook Windows 10 Pro 64 bit with 16.0 GB RAM.
There are two display adapters AMD Radeon HD 7400 no driver update available on AMD website using Microsoft 11/14/15 driver. The Intel HD 3000 is using Microsoft 5/19/16 driver. If I want to update the Graphic Cards do I need one or two Cards? I don’t know if that will help with the boot time.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
To get the answer to this question, Integrated or on-board graphics are built into the motherboard and it can not be changed.
Keep me posted for further assistance.

After further research I found that out. I found a lot of motherboards for sale.
I decided to buy a new HP. I would like to swap my SSD from this laptop to the new laptop so I don’t have to transfer all the files. I have W10 Pro Full Version that I purchased.
