Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg0070wm

Hi,

 

My screen brightness keys are not working. Which are on f3 and f4 keys. I have updated my laptop with latest version too though it's not working. Can someone help me how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.

 

(1) Try to clean the keyboard carefully and use a vacuum cleaner. Often there is dirt under the keys, which restricts the function of the key or prevents it altogether.

 

(2) Use key combination

 

[Fn] + [F3]

or

[Fn] + [F4]

 

(3) If it does not work get back to me...
