Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Display Brightness adjustment not working, and when I tried to set it, it is showing CODE31 error. It is saying "Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device. Pls look into the sc attached for more info. Expecting a quick resolutionScreenshot (1).png

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to right-click on the AMD Radeon graphics adapter in your screenshot, and select Uninstall.

 

Restart the PC and see if Windows will install the driver correctly.

 

If not, you can try installing the AMD graphics driver from your notebook's support page.
