Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 13-bb0000 (9WG31AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to connect my HP Pavilion 13 to a Lenovo Thinkpad Gen 2 Dock in order to get 2 monitors up and running. The dock is charging my laptop and connecting to USB A peripherals such as keyboard, mouse, camera, headset.

But I cannot get the display to work, whether it be one screen or two. I've tried connecting monitor to the dock via HDMI and Displayport  cables.

I know the dock works as I can connect a Dell laptop, a Lenovo laptop, and Samsung mobiles to it.

What is your HP Pavilion Laptop PC 13-bb0000 (9WG31AV)  machine ?  For example

 

                       HP Pavilion Laptop 13-bb0000ne

 

Sounds like the Lonovo dock is NOT compatible with your machine. Have you tried HP USB-C G5 dock yet ?
