Pavilion 15-cs0-xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My support manual says it will support a USB type-C to HDMI.  When connecting, the system is not recognizing.  It does, however, recognize a direct HDMI connection.  The online help discussion has not been helpful.  The virtual assistant is even worse.  Any solutions/troublshooting?

Hello @PM-CT

I'm afraid to say that the USB-C port on the HP Pavilion - 15-cs0xxx series does not support DisplayPort over USB-C.

What you read must have been a typo, unfortunately.

Kind regards,

Eddy

Any chance there is a HDMI splitter that will achieve the same result?
