HP VH240a Display

Hi,

I've exhausted my research efforts and am hoping for some help. I have a Zbook laptop and Targus dock (purchased together through HP to ensure compatibility). I have two HP VH240a Displays connected and the resolutions have been fine until yesterday. The notebook and one of the displays are correct at 1920x1200 resolution but the other display is stuck on 640x480. The setting for that monitor is greyed out. I've checked and updated all the drivers, logged out, restarted, ran updates, checked cables, etc. (including trying these things in different combinations and orders).

Any ideas on how to fix the display resolution so all three screens are at 1920x1200?

Thanks in advance for your help!
