Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry, as I'll be glad to help.
It seems like a hardware related issue with the internal display, in order to fix this display issue your computer needs to be repaired.
As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I live in Brazil.
It is very difficult to find support here. Tomorrow I will try these contacts in this link.
Now I would like to know how part of the hardware is broken; Where I can buy; and why did that happen?! I take care of my computer.

Thank you for posting back.

Work on it as per your convenience and keep me posted on the results.

You can also find and visit the nearest HP service centerhttps://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center to repair computer under the manufacturer warranty. Let them know what defects you noticed on your computer and request for a repair.
