Display and Power issues before booting

I've a HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 16 a0022tx with 16.1 inch display more than a year old. When I power on/ lift the lid to wake up from sleep mode the display shows a grey screen with black & white bands, sometimes if I watch carefully into it I can see what the last window was open on my laptop Attaching some pics to relate my issue. It happens occasionally during wake up/restart (even in recovery mode)/power ON.

Reinstalled the intel UHD Graphics drivers several times but nothing changed. (Currently using Latest driver v30.0.101.1069)

When connected to external monitor using HDMI, It's fine on external monitor and when I reinstall the intel UHD driver with the help of external monitor my laptops screen refreshes and works correctly.

Now It's showing some more weird problems on startup/wakeup by lifting the lid up.
On battery while waking up a click sound comes from the motherboard and the laptop turns off automatically and does not starts even by pressing power button. Power button works again after a few minutes or for instant start It needs to be plugged in.

When the windows is booted it works perfectly fine but problem happens before booting.
