https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02860501%MCEPASTEBIN% I recommend downloading and installing the HP SoftPaq Download Manager https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02860501%MCEPASTEBIN%               direct FTP download: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/HP_SDM.html%MCEPASTEBIN%            You can then run that software to check for driver updates for your machine. when you see the HP Hotkey Support, install that. It also wouldn't hurt to install the HP Collaboration Keyboard software, too. Regards
