Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Exactly like others on this post, my HP Envy display recently delaminated at lower left corner above the hinge. Plastic debris and a metal screw (or rivet) fell out. Laptop is gently used and has never been dropped or abused. The laptop still works but I'm afraid to close the display lid for fear of more delamination and damage. Laptop is no longer under warranty which seems to be a common situation with others suffering the same problem. What can be done about this?
