Display is showing green and purple tint on screen

I started getting this colour tints and folder layers on display don't know y I don't even use my laptop much so times even months I hardly used my laptop but it still happened like this. Been to service center they r asking for 12 thousand seriously. If ur company laptops r that worst why to pay u 80 thousand some 30thousand laptops works better then this
