Hi

When I move the cursor with a touchpad or an external mouse, the image on the screen flickers and cuts out. Sometimes it darkens completely. When the notebook is connected to a monitor, this problem does not occur on the monitor.

How to solve this problem?

Hello!

To restore your HP Pavilion x360 14m-cd0001dx to factory settings without using the Cloud Recovery Tool, you can use the HP Recovery Manager. Turn off your laptop and remove any disks from the CD/DVD drive. Turn on your laptop and immediately press F11 repeatedly to enter mygreatlakes the HP Recovery Manager. Select "Windows Recovery Environment," then choose "Troubleshoot." Select "Recovery Manager" and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your laptop to factory settings.
