Hi,
I have a problem with my display settings. My notebook does not respond when I want to adapt the brightness of the screen (i.e. through the display settings). At this moment it is very low but I cannot make it brighter since it does not respond at all to the changes I make. How can I fix this?
Kind Regards,
Linda

The two keys I have pointed to on the image are dim and brightness keys for the display.
You may have to hold down the Fn key whill tapping the desired illumination intensity key.
Some notebooks have an action keys setting in the BIOS that when enabled lets the special keys on the top keyboard row work without having to use the Fn key. The down side of action keys enabled is that in order to use the Function keys, the Fn key will then have to be used.
