I recently purchased an HP USB-C/A Universal Dock G2. The HP site said that it is compatible with Apple/Mac computers. However, I can't get either of my monitors (let alone both) to work via the DisplayPort connection. I have seen in other threads where people can get at least one monitor to work via DisplayPort, so I don't understand why it's not working for me. Other accessories that I have plugged into its USB ports work fine. I have a MacBook Pro 15" 2017 running macOS 10.15 Catalina. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
