Good afternoon, I would like to note that I do not know English well and therefore I can be wrong. The problem is that some distortion (squares) appears on my screen while I work.
Moreover, if I start moving the program window, the cubes move along with the program, this happens not only in working programs, but also in games.
In the program where the distortion has occurred, the image does not change or move, but the sound is heard. And yes, this rarely happens. The laptop is under warranty, bought about two weeks ago. I don't know if I have given enough information, but if you need anything else, I am ready to provide. Thanks in advance to everyone who tries to help!

Hello @Albert5544
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
Let me check your basic system configuration before we focus on the "cubes" ... |
(1) Run msinfo32
- Select <System Summary>:
--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:
OS Name |
Version |
System Model |
System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) ) |
Processor |
BIOS Version/Date |
(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>
- Expand <Other devices> ? (Those entries are for hardware for which Windows has not loaded a suitable driver)
- Expand <Display adapters>
- Expand <Monitors>
--->>> Send screenshot
(3) Please report your results

I hope you can understand something here:
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise |
Version: 10.0.19042 Build 19042 |
System Model: OMEN by HP Laptop 16-c0xxx |
System SKU: 59A34EA#AKD |
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics, 3201 MHz, cores: 8, logical processors: 16 |
BIOS Version/Date: AMI F.17, 23.08.2022 |
Also, this laptop was running Windows 11 Home by default and had the same issue.
And because of this problem, I decided to install Windows 10 Enterprise, but it did not help.
I didn't find the "Other Devices" tab.
If it is not clear what is in the screenshot, I will translate.

Hello @Albert5544
Thanks for reporting.
Basically your system looks good, but there is one big problem:
The offical HP drivers are outdated and HP prevents you from installing the latest drivers from the graphics card manufacturer (AMD).
Software and drivers for OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-c0000 (343L4AV)
AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver | 27.20.21001.28003 Rev.A | 733.9 MB | Jul 22, 2021 | Download |
If you have valid HP warranty contact HP Support, a HP technican should provide a solution (HP certified driver update) for your problem.
Kind regards

The fact is that before that I just had the latest drivers from the official HP website and the problem was even then. Then I decided to install the drivers from the official AMD website, but the problem did not go away.
And by the way, on the official AMD website, the drivers are newer.

Hello @Albert5544
(1) Restart Windows
(2) Please check <Windows integrity>
Open cmd.exe (right click) as administrator and execute:
sfc /scannow
msdt.exe /id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth |
(3) Please report your results ( of each command )
10-24-2022 01:00 PM
On "sfc /scannow" writes: "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully restored them"
On "msdt.exe /id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic" writes: "The troubleshooter did not identify the problem"
On "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" writes: "No component store corruption detected. Operation completed successfully"
On "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth" writes: "No component store corruption detected. Operation completed successfully"
On "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" writes: "Recovery completed successfully. Operation completed successfully"
And I will say right away that I have already done this before and it did not fix the problem.

I also noticed that when running on battery power, the chance of distortion is higher.
I ran a large number of diagnostic tests, but one did not reveal the problem.
I also ran a test outside the system, but this, unfortunately, also did not reveal the problem.

Hello @Albert5544
Thanks for reporting.
There is combined OS/driver/graphics card problem that only can be fixed by HP as I wrote before.
If you can't be helped, you should change brands and go to a computer store for detailed advice.
Kind regards

In fact, I noticed this problem on the 1st day of purchase, but then I didn't have time to deal with it, there was a lot of work.
And for some reason it seems to me that this problem is related to bios, since this problem is not the only one.
