Hello! I recently got a HP E34m G4 ultrawide docking conferencing monitor. I have a secondary monitor that I am trying to connect to this docking monitor but it will not pick up anything on either HDMI or DP. Device is not listed in advanced display settings, and I even tried updating my monitor firmware. I have the docking monitor connected to my EliteBook 840 G7 via USB-C. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

What is your dock monitor ? Have you tried to connect DIRECTLY USB-C from your machine to USB-C on your monitor ?
Regards.

@Banhien The docking monitor is the E34m G4. I have it connected to my laptop via USB-C>USB-C. This monitor is working fine. The issue comes when I try to connect my second 16x9 monitor to the docking monitor via DP/HDMI. I am not getting any signal to that smaller monitor.
