Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

We have an HP 17-BY3053c and would like to get a docking station so the laptop can be stored out of the way.  Critically, we would like to have one that includes a power-on button  so the laptop lid does not need to be opened and which allows the laptop to be charged while it is connected to the docking station.  An recommendations for a docking station that fits these criteria?  We are only trying to hook up one monitor and a couple of peripherals (Bluetooth mouse and keyboard and a webcam).
