Docking Station

Hello Everyone, 

Need your help please, i do have a Pavilion 15Egoxxx (2L7Q3UA) product and want to connect 3 monitors using a docking station. I wonder what docking station can i use please. Ive been looking at USB C DOCK G5 but it doenst confirm the fitment. Appreciate all your help

This dock has 3 ports to connect monitors, one HDMI and 2 DisplayPort.

Does this docking station works though on my Laptop? I cant seem to find the answers or confirmation. Thanks

Yes work. Any dock with DisplayPort works. Your laptop has a USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort 1.4.

I bought the HP dock g5 to connect it to my HP pavilion, i was hoping to connect 4 monitors. 3 monitors on the docking station and 1 directly to my laptop hdmi plug. But it seems like it doesnt work. It only allows me to connect 3 monitors. Please help

That depends on the graphics card, most of them only support 3 monitors. For example intel

Also, that dock only has ports for 3 monitors.

 yes the dock has capable of 3 monitors. But im tryin to connect the 4th monitor directly to my laptops hdmi port

I understand, but the issue is that your graphics card probably does not support more than 3 monitors.
