can anyone recommend an HP docking station using USB-C compatbile with HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cw1xxx runiining Windows 11 Home. First docking station I tried wouldn't give any video, not HP brand. Before ordering anything else I was wondering if anyone knows which model would be compatible with my laptop?

Hi @Timmarkbuck 

It will not give video, because the USB-C port of the laptop is not compatible with DisplayPort only buying a dock compatible with DisplayLink technology can have video through that port. I leave the link for you to consult for these dock

So, i see that you have a Type C port with data transfer. However, the docking station i recommend has an external power source and should be compatible with your device.

Thank you for your advice. Could yo recommend which dock from the link you provided below will wpork as I see most have USB-C ports

USB-C ports are the best because they have more speed, but it depends on your needs, in general they are all good brands.
