HP Spectre x360 - 13-4201nx

image.jpgMy little daughter just broke my laptop’s Screen and I am looking for a replacement but couldn’t find an exact match for the model. My laptop model is hp spectre 13-4201nx. So would it work if I get a screen labeled for other models of scepter 13 inch ? Like this one for example

To answer your question: Does all 13” spectre models has same screen ?  My answer is NO. .

 

Back to the product on Amazon, it i for a 40xx machine (and yours is 42xx), Amazon does not show part # but I believe it is 801495-001. That part is for 49 products on 40xx family

The 42xx series has onlt one option for screen

 

 13.3-in (2560×1440), BrightView, quad high-definition (QHD), organic-light emitting (OLED), UWVA, TouchScreen with flush glass design and MultiTouch enabled; eDP1.3+PSR at 100% Color Gamut (CG), 16:9 ultra-wide aspect ratio; typical brightness: 300 nits  part #  848809-001

 

And the bad news is you won't be able to find just screen, you can find the whole set which is very expensive

So basically  I understand that I can only fix this laptop by paying more than what a new whole laptop would cost. I can’t describe how disappointed I am at HP. :ThumbDown:
