I see you need help in HP Pen compatibility on HP Pavilion x360 - 15 notebook PC. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you.

After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that  

HP Pen (Microsoft) 1MR94AA SPS and  HP Tilt Pen (Microsoft) 2MY21AA are the compatible product which is tested on HP Pavillion x360 - 15-cr0566nz Click here for more information on computers compatible with HP pens and styluses.

To get the answer to this question, Yes! this HP Pavilion X360 - 15-Cr0566nz(4TY21EA) has Microsoft Pen Protocol.
