Your machine could be one of the following machines

              https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=43F51AV

for example

             HP Pavilion 15-eg1033TX

It has  1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) port which supports BOTH Power Delivery and Alt mode therefore. It requires 46W Charger therefore you can use a compatible USB-C dock for 2 or more monitors.

I'm using HP USB-C Dock Gen 5 (5TW10AA), I can connect to 3 monitors with my single cable setup.

Note: I only have few FHD monitors, have not tested on 2K or 4K monitors but you can see a table on the following document

             https://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/getpdf.aspx/c04168358

Regards.
