Does my laptop have IR camera which can help me setup windows hello fingerprint and face recognition

My device name is HP ProBook 450 g2 model G8A87AV.

I want to know if it has IR camera or if it support fingerprint. I bought it as a refurbished laptop with windows 10 32 bit, upgraded to windows 10 Pro N 64 bit version 22h2. I have never checked if fingerprint was working on the pre installed os. I then tried setting up windows hello fingerprint but the option says windows hello face unavailable, we couldnt find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint. Kindly assist

It does NOT have IR webcam. It should have HP Validity VFM 495 Fingerprint Reader part # 768128-001

Thank you. I believe soon I will get a solution. 

When I go to settings>sign in options,  the setup option is inactive on windows hello fingerprint and on windows hello face recognition. On windows hello finger print it says, in red, we couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint. 

I hope you can assist me in that error. 

Remember I'm using windows 10 pro N 64 bit version 22h2
