@Araseli, welcome to the forum.
Yes, there is a DisplayPort port on both your laptop and the LG display according to the specifications for the monitor here. You should be able to get 4K resolution.
Here is the Maintenance and Service Guide for the laptop. In Chapter 2, Page 16, it shows the ports that are on the Left side of the laptop.
