Hi @IhorRoshchupkin,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thanks for your question, regarding the HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1035nw, here’s what you need to know:
Display Link Support & Docking Compatibility
Your laptop does not support DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C, which means:
- The USB-C port is data-only (5Gbps) and does not carry video signals.
- You cannot connect external monitors directly via USB-C or use a standard USB-C dock for video output.
How to Connect Dual External Monitors
You can still connect two monitors using the following method:
- Monitor 1: Use the built-in HDMI 2.0 port for direct connection.
- Monitor 2: Use a DisplayLink-certified USB-A to HDMI adapter.
Display Link technology converts USB signals into video output, allowing you to connect monitors even without native video support.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
