How di know if my usb c can support video out.

Hi,

Your USB-C does not have DP alt mode so it does not have video out and the regular adapters will not work.

Your USB-Cport  is

"USB Type-C port; USB 3.1 Gen 1 (left side); supports data transfer"

 

You can use the HDMI port

You could use an USB 3 port with an external adapter (with DisplayLink)
