Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx laptop. Can I hook it up to a TV with HDMI input using a USB Type-C Male to HDMI Male 4K cable? Does this HP model support HDMI Alt mode, which I believe is required?
